2. Our Products

We sell original-design apparel and related items for music lovers. All products are made to order after you place your purchase. We work to show colors, designs, and sizes accurately, but screens vary and slight differences in color, print placement, and fit may occur. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering.

Popscene House is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any artist, band, record label, venue, or event.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, for reasons that include product availability, errors in the listing or pricing, suspected fraud, or problems with payment. You will receive an email confirmation after you order. This confirmation is not an acceptance until your order ships. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment you made for it.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, promotions, and product availability can change without notice.
• Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers ([WooPayments / Stripe / PayPal]). We do not store your full card number.
• If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order was already confirmed.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

6. Accounts
