  • The Popscene House name, logo, and related brand elements

  • Use our designs to make or sell products, including on print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces
  • Use our name, logo, or brand elements in a way that suggests a connection with us
  • Scrape or copy our product listings, images, or descriptions in bulk
  • Remove any copyright or trademark notices from our materials

Buying a product from us gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not give you any right to copy or resell the underlying design.

3. Our Respect for the Rights of Others

We do not knowingly sell products that infringe the rights of others. Our designs are intended to be original, and we do not use names, logos, lyrics, album art, or likenesses of artists, bands, labels, venues, or events without permission.

4. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Other company, product, and brand names that may appear on the Site (for example, the brands of blank garments we print on) are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the products we sell. Their use does not mean that those owners sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with us or our designs.

5. Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

If you believe that any material on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us so we can review it promptly.

  1. Your name, company, address, phone number, and email
  2. A description of the right you claim (for example, the trademark and its registration number, or the work protected by copyright)

  4. A short explanation of why you believe it infringes your rights
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

We will review each notice and, if appropriate, remove or disable the product. Where we are able to, we may inform the person who supplied the material. Knowingly submitting false claims may have legal consequences.

6. Repeat Infringement

We may suspend or end our relationship with any supplier, designer, or account holder who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.

7. Submissions and Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or designs (for example, by email), you agree that we may use them without obligation or payment to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please do not send us artwork you do not want us to consider.

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
