Popscene House is operated by Ecomcht LLC. This statement explains where our products and designs come from, what our products are, and what they are not.
1. Our Products Are Original Designs
Every design sold on popscenehouse.com is created for Popscene House by [our in-house design team / independent designers working with us / designers we license from under written agreements]. Our designs celebrate music culture through themes such as vinyl records, instruments, genres, and live music. They are made from original artwork, illustrations, and typography.
2. We Are Not Selling Official or Licensed Fan Merchandise
Popscene House is an independent brand. Our products are not official merchandise of any artist, band, record label, venue, festival, or event, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
We do not sell products that use:
- Names, logos, or trademarks of artists, bands, labels, venues, festivals, or tours
- Album covers, song titles, or lyrics
- Photographs, likenesses, or signatures of musicians
- Characters, artwork, or brand elements belonging to others
Words such as “jazz,” “vinyl,” “guitar,” or “festival” describe genres, objects, and activities. They are used in their ordinary, descriptive sense and do not indicate any connection to a brand or performer.
3. What We Do Not Sell
We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods. Our products are not copies of, or “inspired by,” another brand’s protected designs, and we do not use the words “official,” “authentic,” or “licensed” for products unless we hold the rights to say so.
4. How We Check Our Designs
Before a design is listed for sale, we:
- Confirm it was created for us, or that we hold the rights to use it commercially
- Check that any fonts, images, and graphic elements are licensed for commercial use on printed products
- Search slogans and phrases against trademark databases (such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office) and other marketplaces to avoid conflicts
- Keep records of the source files and licenses for our designs
If we later find a problem with a design, we remove the product from sale.
5. Product Materials and Third-Party Brands
Our items are printed on blank garments supplied by third-party manufacturers, and we may state the garment brand (for example, the blank shirt type) on the product page so that you know what you are buying. Those brand names belong to their owners. Their appearance on our Site does not mean the manufacturer endorses our designs or Popscene House.
Our items are made to order through our print partners Printify, Printful and Gelato. See our Shipping Policy for how orders are produced and shipped.
6. Reporting a Concern
If you believe a product on our Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, please tell us:
- Copyright: follow the process in our DMCA Policy.
- Trademark or other rights: email [email protected] with your contact details, the URL of the product, and a description of your rights and the concern.
We review every report promptly and remove products that infringe.
